A Belpre Police Sergeant is still on administrative leave after being charged with four different felony counts.
Morgan County Special Assistant Prosecutor Richard Ross says David Garvey's first three charges of obstructing justice, theft in office and tampering with evidence stems from a case Garvey handled back in June of 2007.
His fourth charge of bribery pertains to how a case was handled in the Belpre Mayor's Court back in 2004.
