Born In The U.S.A. ?

Philip Berg – has confirmed he has a recording of a telephone call from the senator’s paternal grandmother confirming his birth in Kenya.

“This has been a real sham he’s pulled off for the last 20 months,” Berg told Savage. “I’ll release it [the tape] in a day or two, affidavits from her talking to a certain person. I heard the tape. She was speaking [to someone] here in the United States.”

Berg said he believed it also was a complication that Obama’s mother divorced his father, married and moved to Indonesia for several years and Obama attended school there at a time when, Berg said, only Indonesia citizens were allowed in schools. Records that are available from Indonesia revealed Obama was registered in school as Barry Soetoro, and his religion was listed as Islam.

When Obama later returned to Hawaii, within the United States, there should have been a government document affirming his citizenship, but that also cannot be found. If that was not processed properly, Berg said, Obama would be in a situation even worse than not being a natural-born citizen.

“If he didn't’t go through immigration, he now is illegal and has been an illegal alien. He couldn't’t even hold the position of senator for Illinois,” Berg said.

Further, Berg said he suspected Obama’s college records may indicate he received aid as a foreigner, and that’s why those records have been withheld by the campaign.

“I really think it’s because it probably indicates he’s from Kenya, or Indonesia, or received foreign aid,” Berg said.

“I feel very confident saying these things,” Berg told Savage.

Obama's Citizenship Challenges Spread, Lawsuits Filed in Eight States

Berg v Obama has set off a firestorm of legal maneuvering across the nation. Lawsuits have now been filed in eight states to try and force the Democrat Presidential nominee to release his official "vault" certificate. Philip J Berg, the Democrat who filed the first challenge in Pennsylvania appeared on the Savage Nation last night to discuss the case.

October 21, 2008

“It all comes down to the fact that there’s nothing from the other side,” Berg said. “The admissions are there. By not filing the answers or objections, the defense has admitted everything. He admits he was born in Kenya. He admits he was adopted in Indonesia. He admits that the documentation posted online is a phony. And he admits that he is constitutionally ineligible to serve as president of the United States.”

Philip Berg, former AG of Pennsylvania

Given the “usually devastating” consequence of failure to respond in time to a request for admissions such as those served upon Obama and the DNC on September 15, just what were some of the admissions that Berg asserts Barack Obama and the DNC have, at least procedurally, admitted to?

Admit you were born in Kenya.

Admit you are a Kenya “natural born” citizen.

Admit your foreign birth was registered in the State of Hawaii.

Admit your father, Barrack Hussein Obama, Sr., admitted Paternity of you.

Admit your mother gave birth to you in Mombosa, Kenya.

Admit your mother’s maiden name is Stanley Ann Dunham a/k/a Ann Dunham.

Admit the COLB [Certification of Live Birth] posted on the website “Fightthesmears.com” is a forgery.

Admit you were adopted by a Foreign Citizen.

Admit you were adopted by Lolo Soetoro, M.A. a citizen of Indonesia.

Admit you were not born in Hawaii.

Admit you are a citizen of Indonesia.

Admit you never took the “Oath of Allegiance” to regain your U.S. Citizenship status.

Admit you are not a “natural born” United States citizen.

Admit your senior campaign staff is aware you are not a “natural born” United States Citizen.

Admit the United States Constitution does not allow for a Person to hold the office of President of the United States unless that person is a “natural born” United States citizen.

Admit you are ineligible pursuant to the United States Constitution to serve as President and/or Vice President of the United States.

EDITOR’S NOTES: Game, set, match.

"...I'm not running for President to be somebody, but to do something; I'm running to do the hard but necessary things, not the easy and needless things.

I'm running for President to protect our country from harm and defeat its enemies.

I'm running for President to make the government do its job, not your job. I'm not running to leave our biggest problems to an unluckier generation of leaders, but to fix them now, and fix them well."

I'm running for President of the United States, a blessed country, a proud country, a hopeful country, the most powerful and prosperous country and the greatest force for good on earth.

And when I'm President, I intend to keep it so." Sen. John S. McCain

Hawaii Considering Law To Ignore Obama 'Birthers'
Associated Press Writer – Wed Mar 17, 2010

HONOLULU – Birthers beware: Hawaii may start ignoring your repeated requests for proof that President Barack Obama was born here.

As the state continues to receive e-mails seeking Obama's birth certificate, the state House Judiciary Committee heard a bill Tuesday permitting government officials to ignore people who won't give up.

"Sometimes we may be dealing with a cohort of people who believe lack of evidence is evidence of a conspiracy," said Lorrin Kim, chief of the Hawaii Department of Health's Office of Planning, Policy and Program Development.

So-called "birthers" claim Obama is ineligible to be president because, they argue, he was actually born outside the United States, and therefore doesn't meet a constitutional requirement for being president.

Hawaii Health Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino issued statements last year and in October 2008 saying that she's seen vital records that prove Obama is a natural-born American citizen.

But the state still gets between 10 and 20 e-mails seeking verification of Obama's birth each week, most of them from outside Hawaii, Kim said Tuesday.

A few of these requesters continue to pepper the Health Department with the same letters seeking the same information, even after they're told state law bars release of a certified birth certificate to anyone who does not have a tangible interest. Responding wastes time and money, Kim said.

Both Fukino and the state registrar of vital statistics have verified that the Health Department holds Obama's original birth certificate.

The issue coincides with Sunshine Week, when news organizations promote open government and freedom of information.

"Do we really want to be known internationally as the Legislature that blocked any inquiries into where President Obama was born?" asked Rep. Cynthia Thielen, R-Kaneohe-Kailua. "When people want to get more information, the way to fuel that fire is to say, 'We're now going to draw down a veil of secrecy.'"

Nobody at the hearing questioned the fact that the president was born in Hawaii.

Attorney Peter Fritz asked why the state would pass a law punishing repetitive requests for open records. Instead, the state could simply say it would only answer each person's question once.

If the measure passed, the state Office of Information Practices could declare an individual a "vexatious requester" and restrict rights to government records for two years.

The committee will schedule a vote on the measure, said Chairman Jon Riki Karamatsu, D-Waipahu-Waikele.

The measure is SB2937.

BMW Comments:

Some of the comments in the above 'Hawaii Considering Law To Ignore Obama 'Birthers' ' article seem rather odd to me. For example --

"Sometimes we may be dealing with a cohort of people who believe lack of evidence is evidence of a conspiracy," // Lack of evidence? The 'evidence' within the requests for proof of citizenship is a birth certificate! How could you have 'lack of evidence' if the birth certificate is on file?

"Hawaii Health Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino issued statements last year and in October 2008 saying that she's seen vital records that prove Obama is a natural-born American citizen." // Odd that only one person has 'seen proof' of his citizenship.

".... state law bars release of a certified birth certificate to anyone who does not have a tangible interest." // I would think the entire U.S. population would have a 'tangible ' interest in whether our president is actually qualified to be the president of the United States. And, I'd think any man that was qualified, who had been born in the USA, or who had not surrendered his U.S. citizenship at some point, would be only too happy to show that he had a right to be our president.

"The issue coincides with Sunshine Week, when news organizations promote open government and freedom of information." // How ironic. And, what about the 'freedom of information act,' that so many fought so hard to get passed? We had a reason for wanting this act passed, and it was so the 'elite' could no longer pull their filthy, treacherous stunts behind closed doors, and get by without the American people knowing what they had done.

And by the way - for those who haven't looked it up, here's the meaning of tangible:

adj: - 1.a.- Discernible by the touch; palpable: a tangible roughness of the skin.

b.- Possible to touch.

c.- ** Possible to be treated as fact; real or concrete: tangible evidence.

2. Possible to understand or realize: the tangible benefits of the plan.

3. Law: - That can be valued monetarily: tangible property.

noun: - 1. Something palpable or concrete.

2. Tangible Material assets.

** Wow! This puts an entirely different light on 'tangible.' It appears to me that those requesting the birth cirtificate are the ones asking for 'tangible evidence.'

I Wondered

Throughout the debates and all the political propaganda of the last election, I wondered why John McCain and the republican party didn't go after the issue of Obama's citizenship.

I kept waiting for someone -- anyone -- to do something, but, as with almost everything else in this nation, no action ever came.

Only after Obama was elected, was there any serious questions raised... and then it wasn't by McCain. I may have just discovered why ......

Constitutional Topic: Citizenship

If you're going to be involved in government in the United States, citizenship is a must. To be a Senator or Representative, you must be a citizen of the United States. To be President, not only must you be a citizen, but you must also be natural-born. Aside from participation in government, citizenship is an honor bestowed upon people by the citizenry of the United States when a non-citizen passes the required tests and submits to an oath.

In 2008, when Arizona Senator John McCain ran for president on the Republican ticket, some theorized that because McCain was born in the Canal Zone, he was not actually qualified to be president. However, it should be noted that section 1403 was written to apply to a small group of people to whom section 1401 did not apply. McCain is a natural-born citizen under 8 USC 1401(c): "a person born outside of the United States and its outlying possessions of parents both of whom are citizens of the United States and one of whom has had a residence in the United States or one of its outlying possessions, prior to the birth of such person." Not eveyone agrees that this section includes McCain — but absent a court ruling either way, we must presume citizenship.

Here's One Of The Better Articles I Found:

Senator McCain was born in 1936 in the Canal Zone to U.S. citizen parents.

The Canal Zone was territory controlled by the United States, but it was not incorporated into the Union.

As requested by Senator McCain's campaign, distinguished constitutional lawyers Laurence Tribe and Theodore Olson examined the law and issued a detailed opinion offering two reasons that Senator McCain was a natural born citizen. Neither is sound under current law.

The Tribe-Olson Opinion suggests that the Canal Zone, then under exclusive U.S. jurisdiction, may have been covered by the Fourteenth Amendment's grant of citizenship to "all persons born . . . in the United States." However, in the Insular Cases, the Supreme Court held that "unincorporated territories" were not part of the United States for constitutional purposes.

Accordingly, many decisions hold that persons born in unincorporated territories are not Fourteenth Amendment citizens.

The Tribe-Olson Opinion also suggests that Senator McCain obtained citizenship by statute. However, the only statute in effect in 1936 did not cover the Canal Zone.

Recognizing the gap, in 1937, Congress passed a citizenship law applicable only to the Canal Zone, granting Senator McCain citizenship, but eleven months too late for him to be a citizen at birth.

Because Senator John McCain was not a citizen at birth, he is not a "natural born Citizen" and thus is not "eligible to the Office of President" under the Constitution.

Well there you have it folks. It looks to be as if the 'powers that be' were out to get us in 2008, no matter which way we turned. How ironic, and how sad that both political parties took part in this game.

I think I'll nominate Glenn Beck for the next election. It appears he may be the last honest man left in this twisted nation. I don't know what I think he could do though, with that many against him. Still, he would try .... and we Aquarians never seem to know when we are defeated, so we just keep going until we win!!!
