Hearing For Bath Mayor Postponed

The mayor of Bath will not appear in court this afternoon on charges stemming from a November road rage incident.

David Mosey was scheduled to appear before District Judge James Narlesky, but the hearing has been postponed.

A new date had not been chosen.

Mosey, 54, of the 100 block of Spyglass Hill Road, was charged with reckless endangerment, reckless driving and other summary offenses after he allegedly repeatedly rammed his Jeep Wrangler into the side of another vehicle on Airport Road in Hanover Township, Northampton County.
