"..... my husband and I were preparing for a trip to Cherokee, North Carolina .....".

Quotes From:

Jack & Jill

"The young woman had long, straight, dark hair and wore jeans and a silky wind-breaker type jacket."

As we passed, I spoke to the woman - "Hi Tammy, how are you doing?"

"Not very well right now, but it's fixin' to get better," she replied......"

"With Wild Bill on the prowl, we'd better trail her and make sure nothing happens to her," I told the dreamer. "

Body Found In Mountains Was Teen Girl

Observer Wire Reports

Police say the body found in Great Smoky Mountains National Park on Sunday [1/15/06] is that of a teen-age girl from the mountain town of Cherokee.

Police also said the death is being investigated as a homicide.

Chief Park Ranger Bill Wright said the victim was identified Wednesday as Tamara Susan Seay, 17.

Wright said the N.C. Medical Examiner's Office used dental records to make the identification.

The girl's body was found around 4 p.m. Sunday by a church group from Florida that was hiking on a road about a half-mile inside the park. The road is on the North Carolina side of the park near Bryson City.

Authorities say the Deep Creek area of the park is a popular spot for hikers and campers. It also is a favored spot in summer for water sports.

A number of law enforcement agencies -- including the FBI, Swain County Sheriff's Office, and the Cherokee Indian Police Department -- are investigating the case.

Man Arrested In Connection With Body In Park

His Relationship To N.C. Teen Found In Smokies Not Clear:

By News Sentinel staff

January 23, 2006

Great Smoky Mountains National Park rangers, along with federal and North Carolina authorities, have arrested a Cherokee, N.C., man in the shooting death of a teenager whose body was found last week in the park, a park official said Sunday.

Terrence Roach, 20, is being held in the Buncombe County Detention Facility in Asheville, N.C., said Smokies spokeswoman Nancy Gray.

He was arrested at his residence Friday night and charged with murder in the death of 17-year-old Tamara Susan Seay, Gray said. Seay also was from Cherokee.

Gray could not say why authorities suspected Roach or what his relationship was with Seay. Roach will appear today in federal court in Asheville, she said, after which more information should be available.

A Baptist church group from Florida found Seay's body Jan. 15 while hiking in the Deep Creek area of the Smoky Mountains off Toms Branch Road, Gray said.

Preliminary evidence indicates she may have been killed sometime Jan. 13, she said. An autopsy has been conducted. Authorities have the weapon they believe Roach used in the shooting, Gray said.

In addition to park rangers, officials with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Cherokee Police Department and Swain County Sheriff's Office participated in the investigation.

Man In Court Today For Killing Teen:

A 20-year-old man will appear in Federal Court today in Asheville after being arrested in connection with the death of a teen-age girl whose body was found last week in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Terrence Howard Roach was arrested late Friday night by park rangers, the FBI and Cherokee Police.

He has been charged with murder in connection with the death of Tamara Susan Seay, 18, whose body was discovered Jan. 15 by a church group from Florida. The group had been hiking in the park.

Both Roach and Seay are from the mountain town of Cherokee.

Park spokeswoman Nancy Gray said authorities say they have recovered the weapon they believe was used in the death.

Rick Schwein, supervisor of the FBI office in Asheville, said the arrest followed an investigation by the Swain County Sheriff’s Department, the Cherokee Indian Reservation Police, and National Park Service rangers.

Schwein said Roach “was arrested without incident in Cherokee.” A church group from Florida discovered Seay’s body around 4 p.m. Jan. 15 while hiking in the Deep Creek area of the national park, off Toms Branch Road, about a half-mile inside the park. Preliminary evidence indicated Seay was killed two days earlier.

A funeral service is scheduled for today [1/23] in Bryson City.

WRGC 680-AM Jackson County Radio:

January 24, 2006

Terrence Roach could make another court appearance this morning.

According to the Federal Clerk of Court’s office in Asheville, Roach is scheduled to appear for a detention and status of counsel hearing in federal court.

The 20-year old Cherokee resident made his first appearance in court yesterday.

Roach is charged with murder in the death of Tamara Susan Seay of Cherokee.

Seay’s body was found January 15th in the Deep Creek area of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Preliminary evidence, according to park officials, shows Seay was killed in the national park sometime on January 13th.

Authorities say they have possession of the weapon believed to have been used in the shooting of Seay.

Another Quote From The "Jack & Jill" Page:

".... I think the year 2006 is going to be a little different than previous years. I've worked my guts out to prevent some of this stuff from happening, and in some cases, to find the guilty party. But I'm not going to do that anymore. I think I'll just sit back and watch things for awhile. It may get real interesting...."

Dream Classification

Well, the Lord didn't allow me to "sit back and watch things" for very long, before they got "real interesting." He never does.

The dream that I titled Jack & Jill was what I call a "compound dream." It involved two separate incidents - one an "accident," if that's what a person chooses to believe. And the other a murder case.

I have classed the dream as both a Revelationary Dream and a Prophetic Dream. Revelationary in one case [ revealing details after the fact ] and prophetic in the other [ identifying people, places, things, etc. "before" they occur.] And in both cases, involving people that neither the dreamer nor I knew personally. One case involved a local man whom we had both heard of, but neither knew, while the other involved a girl several states away from us that neither of us had ever heard of until she was found murdered and the news articles were released.

Since I done up a page to show how the dream fit into the death of Jack E. Wolf, I felt it only fair to do the same for Tamara Susan Seay .....

How The Pieces Fit

On the Jack & Jill page, I noted that I knew two women named Tammy, both were blondes. Now whether Tamara Seay had dark hair or not, I cannot say because there has been no mention of her hair color. However, the dream indicated that she had dark hair - long, straight, dark hair. Of course this reminds me of a Native American, and since Tamara hailed from "Cherokee" I'm thinking she was in fact of Native heritage, and probably did have dark hair.

The two Tammy's that I mentioned both lost their youngest sons, in one way or another, due to "gunshots." I said on the J&J page that the Jack Wolfe death reminded me of Jackie McCrady's case and of Jill Bohl's death. Both Jill and Jenifer McCrady were shot with .357 magnums. What kind of gun was used on Tamara Seay, remains to be seen. It may have been a .357, or it simply may have been the fact that the girl was going to be shot. And make no doubts about this - the dream came in a full month prior to Seay's death, and was posted, so no one can accuse me of taking things out of news papers and making things up.

News reports said that Seay was wearing jeans, but that's about as far as any have gone. However, in the dream "Tammy" was wearing jeans and a silky, windbreaker type jacket.

In the J&J story, C.J. was wearing "sandals, or summer type shoes." Looking at this case, we see that I went to "Cherokee, North Carolina" in the "summer time."

The woman whose initials are C.J. bore a striking resemblance to one of our own murdered girls - Terri Roach --- and this is where things start to get a little sideways! The man who has been arrested for the murder of Tamara Seay is "Terrance Roach." Would his nickname not be Terry/Terri?

Our Terri Roach was murdered back in 1990, sometime around the 4th of July - same time period in which I went to Cherokee, North Carolina some eight years later.

While visiting Cherokee, we stayed in a cabin in Asheville, North Carolina.

In the dream on the J&J page, the dreamer and I were walking down the street in Jackson. Jackson, Ohio is located in "Jackson County," and if one looks closely at the above news articles, they will see that "Jackson County," is mentioned in reference to the Seay case.

Wild Bill - this is an intriguing part. Back when our Terri Roach was murdered, the man I call "Wild Bill" in my stories drove a red and white Ford Ranger. Now, in the Seay case, we hear of a "Ranger" named "Bill."

I said that I'd previously warned Winstanley about something "coming his way" from the 339 area of our county, and that it would 'remind of' Fulton, McCrady and Bohl. Of course the 'reminders' were the man's name - Jack E.; the fact that Jill Bohl's body was found just a short distance from Jack's home; and the fact that Jack Wolfe died in a fire, like Kimberly Fulton. There is also another 'connection' in the Tamara Seay case. I've already shown the 'gun' connection, leaving the 'Fulton' connection hanging in mid air. However, it does exist - Tamara Seay was discovered by a church group from Florida. My sister, Patty Fulton is once again residing in Florida - and has been for the past three years!

Oh, and by the way - 339 - [3 plus 3 plus 9 equals 15:] The fire at Wolfe's house was along route 339; Tamara Seay was found on the 15th of January.

Bringing Forth The Message

Well, it appears that once again, a dream has revealed several things in advance of another murder.

Many times I have said that God sends the dreams to warn of approaching crimes - and yet, over and over - I've seen the cases classed as "accidents."

Perhaps they are. But why is it only here? And, there's something else that continues to baffle me - how is it that I can work things from around this nation - in states where I know no one - and even in foreign countries, where I've never been and never will be - and be so right, and yet, be so wrong about my own area?

Trust in the Lord with all your heart; and don't lean on your own understanding. In all things acknowledge him, and he shall direct your way. [Proverbs 3:5, 6]
